REFUND and RETURN POLICY

If you purchased your cooler directly from Mammoth and you’re not 100% satisfied with your Mammoth Cooler purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. Products purchased directly from an authorized dealer are governed by the dealers return policies. Please contact the dealer directly.

Mammoth return policy:

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused, show no signs of wear and returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly by Blackbird Products Group.

After 30 days, a store credit for the price will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused, show no signs of wear and returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt of purchase. The store credit has no expiration date. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days of the original purchase date.
